# Haimaker API

Haimaker is a hosted unified API for the models enabled in its production catalog.

## Public inference protocols

- `POST /v1/chat/completions` — OpenAI Chat Completions format.
- `POST /v1/responses` — OpenAI Responses format, for models whose catalog mode is `responses`.
- `POST /v1/messages` — Anthropic Messages format.
- `POST /v1beta/models/{model}:generateContent` — Gemini generateContent format.
- `POST /v1beta/models/{model}:streamGenerateContent` — streaming Gemini format.

Authenticate using `Authorization: Bearer YOUR_API_KEY`. Model support and parameters are model-specific; consult the live production catalog rather than assuming every model supports every capability.

The Haimaker repository is forked from an upstream proxy and contains implementations for other API families. Those implementations are not part of Haimaker's public product unless they appear in the filtered OpenAPI schema above.
